PRICES

Since every project is "custom" work, it would be impossible for us to list all of our prices on this website.
We recommend that you have us provide you with a price on all projects BEFORE submitting for production.

Please provide us with as much detailed information as necessary to provide you with an accurate price. Include in your
details HOW you will be supplying materials (photos, logos, text, etc.) AND if you will be supplying a layout and/or sample.

All prices are valid for 30 calendar days (from our response) AND are subject to change IF any of
the specifications and/or material received differs from the original price request submitted!

SUBMITTING PROJECTS

ALL materials (layouts, text, etc.) which ARE NOT in digital format can be faxed (whenever
possible) to 386-756-7851. If faxing is not an option, you can mail materials to:

Please be sure to identify the project with a
COVER SHEET containing all contact information, etc.

When submitting digital files (photos, logos, text, etc.), please use
the FILE UPLOAD feature located on this website.

PROOFING & PROJECT DELIVERY

IMPORTANT ... It is YOUR responsibility to carefully proofread all copy and content (i.e. graphics, photos,
logos, etc.) that we submit to you during the proofing process. Once you have approved your final proof,
the limit of our responsibility is to correct any errors that you may find (even if the error was ours).

ALL proofing is done via eMail with attached PDFs. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software to
view and/or print your PDF Proof. If you do not already have the software,
it is available for FREE downloading from www.adobe.com.

We do ask that you submit any changes/corrections to us via fax (using the highest resolution setting when
you send them). Please avoid verbal changes! When submitting your changes or final approval via fax, we
will automatically send you a revised proof should you indicate ANY changes/corrections. If the project
meets your approval, please write "OK" and sign it before faxing. We WILL NOT send you the final file
UNTIL we have a signed/OK'd proof from you!

It is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand that any colors you see during the proofing process
do not necessarily represent the color you will see on the final printed product (unless your
monitor is calibrated to the press on which your project will be printed).         

PAYMENT TERMS

NEW CUSTOMERS (less than 3 months) will be sent a PayPal invoice on Mondays for ALL
projects completed the previous week. Payment of that invoice is due within 48 hours of receipt.

ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS (with consistent acceptable payment history over
3 consecutive months)
will be sent a PayPal invoice on the first Monday of each month
for ALL projects completed the previous month. Payment of that invoice is due within
48 hours of receipt. If these terms are not met, you will be reverted to weekly billing.

CHECKS ACCEPTED WITH PRIOR APPROVAL
(A $40 charge will be applied to ALL returned checks!)
