(This is where you send us any files that we need to
produce your ad ... your ad copy/text, photos, logos, etc.

YOUR AD COPY (Text) ...
The PREFERRED FILE FORMAT for submitting your ad copy is Microsoft Word (.doc). If you do not have Microsoft Word, save your file as "text only" (.txt) in whatever word processing software you use.
IMAGE FILES (photos/graphics) ...
We will gladly search our image libraries for appropriate photos and/or graphics to enhance the visual appeal of your ad. However, this takes time and adds to the cost of your ad. This is probably THE most time-consuming task in designing ads.
TIP: You can keep the cost of your ad down by providing us with all (or most) photos/graphics we will need to put your ad together. BUT be sure you provide them in an ACCEPTABLE FORMAT and RESOLUTION ...
ACCEPTABLE IMAGE FILE (photos/graphics) FORMATS: .TIF, .JPG, .BMP, and .EPS ... DO NOT send your images embedded in Word (or any other word processing document), CorelDraw, Microsoft Publisher or ANY other type document.
ACCEPTABLE IMAGE FILE (photos/graphics) RESOLUTION: In order for an image to print properly, it must be at least 300 dpi (dots per inch) at 3" in width (varies with ad size but this should be average ... the bigger, the better). Images below 300 dpi will produce a blurry print that lacks detail.
DO NOT try to change from a low resolution to a higher resolution by increasing the dpi in your imaging program ... use another image with a higher resolution.
If you have MULTIPLE FILES to upload, we recommend that you compress/combine all of the files that we will need to compose your ad using either ZIP or STUFFIT (file compression software) and then upload that ONE FILE HERE.
If you do not have access to either of these two software packages, you can upload UP TO 10 FILES individually below.
IMPORTANT!!
No SINGLE FILE
(compressed or not)
can exceed 10Meg in size.
